Do I need a phone line?
No phone line is required. The audio guestbook telephone is completely self contained.
Do I need to provide a power point?
The Audio Guestbook Telephone has a built in battery that will last a week when fully charged. I power bank can be used in the extreme case of battery failure.
Can I insert a custom greeting?
Yes, you can send us a custom greeting in mp3 format or leave the message on the phone at the event. For more information you can contact our office staff info@audioguestbook.co.za
How do I receive the recordings?
We download all the recordings off the Audio Guestbook Telephone and compile a video with a still image you provide vie email to info@audioguestbook.co.za. We add it to our gallery page for convenient viewing after we upload it to YouTube and send you the link, which you can share with all of your friends.
How Will my guests know how to use the Audio Guestbook Telephone?
From our experience in the event industry, we send an attendant along with the Audio Guestbook Telephone to encourage people to leave messages, and we have tasteful instructions on the table aswell.
What is the time limit to a single message?
There is no time limit the Audio Guestbook Telephonewill stop recording as soon as the receiver is hung up.
Is there a limit to number of messages my guests can leave?
The Audio Guestbook Telephone can store 120 hours of messages so you should be safe.
How far in advance should I book?
We only have a certain number of units available, so the sooner the better.
How much does it cost to hire?
We charge R800 rand for 2 hours as an add on to our photo booth hire. You can also have it as a stand alone and extra time is at a rate of R400 per hour.
How do I send you the image for the video cover?
You can upload it using our contact form or mail it to us info@audioguestbook.co.za
When do I receive my Audio Guestbook video?
The norm is within 7 working days.
